"Recharge, Rebuild, Rise"- Keynote Speaker: Dr. Katie Jenner, Indiana Secretary of Education.
Dr. Jenner is one of 8 secretaries in Governor Mike Braun's cabinet, where she oversees eight state agencies and boards that comprise approximately 60% of the state budget, or approximately $26 billion over the biennium. Dr. Jenner is responsible for implementing and shaping the State of IIndiana'svision from K-12 to college which includes leading the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE), and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, chairing the State Board of Education (SBOE), and overseeing the Charter School Board, Education Employee Relations Board, Indiana School for the Deaf, Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and Indiana State Library.

Under her leadership, the organization has achieved significant cost savings while delivering industry-leading customer satisfaction. Known for her strategic vision and disciplined execution, Erica is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating environments where people grow with confidence while driving sustainable business impact.

Fireside Chat - Dr. Lindsay Weaver, Indiana State Health Commissioner.
Before assuming the role of the state's top medical official, Dr. Weaver served as the chief medical officer for the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH), where she played a pivotal role in the state's pandemic response. In her current role, she is leading initiatives that include $225M in public funding to improve Hoosiers' health. Dr. Weaver is also an assistant professor of medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine and continues to practice emergency medicine at Methodist Hospital.
