What does the "Food and Beverage Minimum" Refer to?

The food and beverage minimum refers to the least you must spend when selecting your menu, including food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (not including service charge or cash bar sales).

What is the Service Charge?

There is 24% service charge added to all food and beverage arrangements. This fee covers the set-up, tear down, serving staff and kitchen labor (Not Including Bartenders and Security).

Can I bring in my Own Caterer?

Crystal Signature Events is the preferred caterer at The Heirloom. Ask about our open vendor policy.

Can I Bring My Own Cake from a Baker?

Yes, however the bakery or cake provider for your event must be licensed.

Is there an additional ceremony Fee?

There is a $750 ceremony fee at our venue.

Where is Parking Located?

We have 300 complimentary parking spaces conveniently attached directly to our venue!

What is the Maximum Capacity?

Our maximum seated capacity is (350) and maximum standing capacity is (900). The capacity for ceremony and reception is (200). The terraces’s standing capacity is (100)!
